Before getting into lending, I was a school teacher, which is probably why I have such a passion for educating my clients, not just quoting them rates. Before you begin house hunting, meet with us to find out how much you’re qualified for and establish a plan to reach your goals before your dream home hits the market. Once complete, you’ll receive your pre-approval letter.

Now that you have your pre-approval letter, it’s time to start shopping. If you’re already working with a realtor, they can begin showing homes and submitting offers. If not, I’d be happy to connect you with a trusted partner.
